Terms of service
Last updated: [UPDATE DATE]
1. Acceptance and description of the service
r3physio.app is a software platform (SaaS) that provides physiotherapy clinics with online scheduling, an AI-assisted assistant for managing appointments and recording patient complaints, and tools for exercise follow-up between visits. By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms.
2. Accounts and eligibility
To use the service you must register with a valid email address and be authorised to manage the clinic you register. The account is personal and non-transferable; you are responsible for the activity carried out under your account.
3. Subscription, trial and billing
New clinics enjoy a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. When the trial ends, continued use of the service requires a paid subscription. Plans are billed monthly in advance through Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record, and you can cancel at any time from the subscription page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle and no partial refunds are due. Plan upgrades and downgrades apply from the next billing cycle.
4. Acceptable use and medical disclaimer
The conversational assistant is an organisational tool: it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment and it is not a medical device. In case of symptoms that may require urgent care it directs users to emergency services. Each clinic is solely responsible for the care it provides to its patients and for complying with the health and data-protection regulations that apply to it.
5. Patient data
For patient data processed through the platform, the clinic acts as the data controller and r3physio.app as its processor under Article 28 of the GDPR. Details of the processing are set out in the privacy notice.
6. Availability of the service
We work to keep the service available on a continuous basis, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may carry out maintenance tasks, notifying you in advance whenever possible.
7. Intellectual property
The platform — including its software, design and documentation — is the property of [NAME OR LEGAL ENTITY OF THE OWNER]. These terms do not grant you any rights over it other than the right to use the service. The data you enter into the platform remains yours.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, r3physio.app shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or decisions made based on the responses generated by the assistant. The aggregate liability for the paid service in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees paid in that period.
9. Termination
You can stop using the service and close your account at any time; your data will be handled as described in the privacy notice. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, giving notice whenever possible.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service or in the applicable law. We will notify you by email of significant changes; continued use of the service after the changes implies acceptance.
11. Contact and applicable law
For questions about these terms, contact us at [LEGAL CONTACT EMAIL]. These terms are governed by the laws of [COUNTRY], and any dispute will be submitted to the courts of [CITY], unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
